The topic of the ministry of the Holy Spirit, particularly as it relates to the reality of Spiritual Gifts in a blood-brought-believers life, should be a present area of reflection for every child of God… After all, the Triune God-Head not only made-you-to-save-you-to-JUST-DO SOMETHING, but this is not merely a paint by our own numbers reality, as He has empowered you as you are doing your something about it!
The whole cessationist-charismatic-come-continuationist debate is something in a “kiwi” context that tends to be reserved for the halls of the frothering-from-the-mouth-few!
As one who was brought up in one context, but who studied in the other, such a discussion is not a foreign film to me.
