Jerome Kaino Motivated to Leave a Legacy

What motivates you onto great things?

I know, this question presupposes a number of things [1] This is a motivation in your life. [2] You desire to do great things. [3] You see this as being a significant part of your existence. [4] You practice what you would like preach.

No matter what your context may be, there is a ready application.  You see, great things can be the parent your children need, the loyal and supportive friend who supports someone through a challenging time, or the employee who is not content with mediocrity.

In other words, does the focus and nexus of the word “great” relate to the task at hand, which is where we often locate this reality, or a description of the person, involved in any given task!

As it relates to the subject of this post, Jerome Kaino has affirmed what has been motivating him onto great things of late…

“There is one big thing that Richie has spoken about that has stuck with me for a while. He says that when you are in the All Black jersey, or when you leave the All Black jersey, make sure it is in a better state (that when you put it on),” Kaino said to the Press.

“Throughout the years I have been an All Black, I don’t think I have been able to do that. If I left today, I don’t think the jersey would be in a better place than when I found it, so that is what has been driving me.”

While this may not be a complete vision, if we would all pick up the ball and run with this ethos in our own lives under the Sun, the results would speak for them-self!

What are we waiting for?

Until Next Time
