No, Louie Giglio is not a figure of ill-repute, and such an inference is totally unwarranted!
He is a pretty well-known figure around the Evangelical traps, which should be elevated in the coming 12 months in a “Kiwi” context, as he is the key-note communicator at The Parachute Festival 20-11, which is a positive addition to some of the more fruity sorts that have presented their wares! Also joining him will be a side-kick, artist Chris Tomlin, who has produced a number of God-glorifying tracks that put the Saviour in the Spotlight!
However, it is also probably true that many believers were already aware of this man, through the extensive collection of DVD messages one is able to purchase, with the subject matter of this post and another, probably rating as those that have taken the cake, and have devoured it! Those reading this post in a US context may also know Giglio through the Passion Student Movement Conferences, which also includes some of the artists that Louie has been involved in producing. Recently I also read that he was moving into the Pastorate, so Louie is a man about town!

I would think that Louie would have some new material for Parachute this year, so I don’t believe I am stealing his thunder!
These are pretty potent, and are well worth your investment of time and bandwidth!
While this presentation is very good, I must admit, I found his next one even better!
