When the Man-Flu has got its hold on you, there is only one thing to do. While such an occasion could be the opportunity for Otis Redding to encourage the weakened warrior to try a little tenderness, iamjonnyking can only report that this has been a “trying” time, where the only “tender” thing has been the feelings of regret for a faceless blog.
Trying?
Suffice-it-to-say, the point being, while its all well and good, and any other throw away line that you care to connect, such a time has felt like one yellow card after another, and there hasn’t even been a South African Referee in sight.
The reason for this “yellow” reality is that this past weekend was meant to be this new theme’s stepping out par-tae, where my fixer and I, preened and crimped, pampered and molly-coddled, where I put my personal stamp and style on what you would see and how you would see it!
However…
We are under further delay… and No, I don’t work for the Council! This, however, is another way of saying that although time has moved on, this blog has not. Therefore, what you presently see is a bankrupt facsimile of what will be shining in days hence. Therefore, I ask you dear reader to please be patient!
In other words, and just to clear up any confusion… Yes, I am aware that Neemia Tialata does not play Cricket!
We do have a plan for this to be completed this weekend, so time is short, and I am long in a list of things to complete.
