If you are a father and the first signs of your strength are young in the flesh and young in the faith, and you are zealous that God would be graced in and through their earthly existence, with God-glorified fruit to follow forthwith, then I am sure you are on a perpetual hunt for resources that meet their needs by “meating” their need!
At the Irish Calvinist’s place, Guinness not included, I am Jonny King was pleased to find another resource that looks like it could be great-cious for ages 2-5, which just so happens to be the ages of my Malachi and Jesse!
If I may be so bold to call you Erik… Erik has a review of this resource, and it just so happens that you are able to view the whole book on-line for a given period as well… You can try before you buy!
The illustrating is pretty “righteous” [if you have watched the kids movie, Barnyard, I am thinking of the pizza delivery guys... "dodalydodalydodalyda"), but the message, which... Erik [why the "k"... must be a Viking thing... Erik the Red] has rightly noted, is on the mark, as it correctly notes the cultural moment that has identified the default mode to all those without Christ, idolatry!
This just maybe could be called… Keller for Kids!
